I can't login on my account and emails don't arrive when using "Find your PW" on the website.

To retrieve your password or account information please visit the support section of the website which you can find here: http://support.nexoneu.com - In the left column you will see a link that says 'Request for lost account information' please click that and fill out the form with as much detail as you can. Please do not put any account information into the text field.

In the message body please state which account information you require.
