The servers weren’t responding immediately when I was changing my equipment, and it suddenly updated to show that I had a Headgear item equipped in my Primary Weapon slot! What gives?

If there is a connection issue between your computer and the game servers, or if the game servers are experiencing technical difficulties, there may be a delay for the actions you perform in the Lobby and Shop.

If you attempt to send in too many menu actions during such delays, errors may occur with your items or choices in equipment.

Attempting to join into matches with incorrectly assigned equipment will trigger an error and prevent you from entering gameplay. Please return to your storage and equip the correct items to remove the error.

Should you notice that the servers are not immediately updating to reflect your actions in the Lobby and Shop, wait until the menu updates with your action before making further changes to avoid any issues or difficulties.
